Trump vs Biden markets

Imagine what kind of life you would choose the one of unpredictability or a peaceful one..

I can hear someone saying I want fun and unpredictable life, but sometimes challenging and thrilling.

Other say I want easy life with lack of changes and stability

These reflect Trump and Biden markets very well

Trump wants something new, something not done yet. Restructuring of trade deals across the board (trade war), he wants to show the world his art of the deal. Tariffs is his way of enforcing this. This is harder on fed.

Biden focused on more of a rebounding phase from covid-post covid inflation. During that they implemented a lot of stimulus to make sure market and economy recovers quickly, however inflation reached highest level in 40 years interest rates were raised aggressively. This was more in line with fed vision.

Biden and Trump have one big difference. Trump loves to tweet. And tweeter in Chief will definitely tweet during market hours about sensitive economical policies.

Biden rarely tweets about market-sensitive topics like monetary policy or specific companies.

His administration communicates major economic policy through official channels — press briefings, planned legislation, and the Federal Reserve (which remains independent).

Biden's tweets are measured and policy-focused, so markets don’t react much to them.

However he’s gone

So who are we left with?

Or should I say right with, since left is currently not in white house.. 😁

The tweeter in chief of course.

It is perfect time to start learning fundamentals, register to twitter, follow Donald J. Trump and start reacting to his tweets.

Not these kind of tweets…

But this, read between the lines, he is telling what Fed should do (Monetary policy - cut interest rates). Is it smart for Fed to currently cut rates? No. This is what will move markets. Prepare for next 3.5 years of this, fun times ahead.
